Centrum Men gives you a daily supplement that can be used to keep your energy levels up, your resistance high, and your heart healthy. Centrum Men contains 24 essential nutrients that are specially tailored to suit men's needs - supporting energy release, immunity, cardiovascular health, and muscle health. Vitamin B12, Vitmain B6 and Iron support the release of energy from food. Vitamin C supports the normal function of the immune system. Calcium, Magnesium and Vitamin D contribute to normal muscle function. Iron contributes to normal cognitive function.

im very active , go to the gym , run etc , I also eat well, make sure I get my five a day , but its so easy to just take one tablet after breakfast each day to top me up on all the vitamins and minerals my body needs to help keep me active
