High blood pressure affects 1 in 4 adults in England yet over 5 million people are estimated to be unaware they have it.

The only way to identify a high blood pressure problem and potentially catch a life threatening condition is to have your blood pressure checked regularly, at least once every 5 years. People over the age of 65, people who are overweight and have an unhealthy diet are the most at risk of high blood pressure.
