Zotrim – the product with proof
Zotrim is the product with proof. Excellent evidence is presented in a peer-reviewed paper published in a prominent nutrition journal**. The paper features:
Zotrim in Action:
In a double blind clinical trial with overweight (but otherwise healthy) individuals on no special diet, subjects took the Zotrim formulation, or the placebo, before meals for 45 days. The half that took the Zotrim formulation lost an average of 11 pounds over 45 days, compared with less than a pound for the placebo group. Subjects, with continued access to the Zotrim formulation, maintained their new weight over a full 12 months.
How Zotrim works:
A study using ultrasound showed that the Zotrim formulation slowed the rate of stomach emptying. It is thought that, as the food stays in the stomach longer, you feel full faster and remain feeling full for longer. In this way, Zotrim can help reduce overall food intake from meals and snacks. ** Journal of Human Nutrition and Dietetics, 14(3), 243-250, June 2001. For a summary of this and other scientific studies with Zotrim, see section headed Evidence.
Presentation and how to use:
Zotrim is presented in two handy pocket containers of 90 tablets each (up to 30 days supply). Take 2-3 tablets with a full glass of water or cold drink a few minutes before meals. We recommend you start with 2 tablets before meals and increase to 3 tablets from the second week onwards. Maximum 9 tablets daily. Aim to reduce the portion size for each meal.
It is recommended that Zotrim is used with a healthy diet and exercise programme.
It is very important that you have a continuous supply of tablets for your Zotrim programme, so make sure you replenish in good time!
How long to take Zotrim
A healthy rate of weight loss is between 1 and 2 lbs (half to one kilo) per week. Having set your target weight and started your Zotrim programme, it could take you 1-3 months or longer to get to your target. Having reached it, you may find by then that you have successfully changed your eating habits. We recommend you keep some Zotrim tablets in reserve. If you notice you have begun to put on weight again, you can start taking Zotrim again until you feel you are back in control.
