Tracking Orders

Deliveries are made to the address supplied to us. If orders are returned to us by the carriage company we may make an additional delivery charge for re-dispatch. 

If you have not received your order and have received a dispatch confirmation email, please allow at least 15 working days (for UK deliveries) or 20 working days (for international deliveries) for the parcel to arrive. Due to the volume of consignments handled by delivery companies, occasionally orders may be misplaced and we have to allow sufficient time for them to search and locate within their networks. After you have waited the required length of time, please contact us and we will arrange to resend or refund your order.

Cancellations

In addition to our returns policy under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the merchandise if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the merchandise to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. You must contact us before returning an item to request a returns authorisation code. If the item is returned without an authorisation code we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Under UK law we are only able to dispense prescriptions written by practitioners who are registered in the UK. Due to FDA regulations and US Customs we cannot guarantee supply of any medicines to the US or Canada. Please read our terms & conditions.

BFPO Addresses

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to BFPO addresses due to delivery restrictions / compliance requirements.
