I have been a smoker for 25 years. I have tried all different things to stop smoking without success. I started with the patch last week ,struggling to not smoke but after 3 days I didn't have the craving for a cigarette. When I got up in the morning the first thing I done already for a cigarette but now I get washed and lace the patch on my arm.
