Kelo-cote Advanced Formula Scar Gel is an innovative silicone gel to manage scars resulting from trauma, surgery, burns or any other event that has resulted in broken skin. It is also designed for abnormal scars such as hypertrophic scars and keloids. Kelo-cote gel self-dries to a waterproof and gas permeable membrane that acts like an extra layer of skin. From this, it helps to soften, flatten and smooth scars while maintaining moisture balance and elasticity of the scar and surrounding skin. The gel is also proven to reduce any discoloration and itching that is associated with scars.
