E45 Nappy Cream contains a clinically proven, unique patented anti-enzyme formula that goes to work immediately to soothe and care while neutralising irritants that can cause the vicious nappy rash cycle to occur:

Unique anti-enzyme formula found only in E45 Nappy Cream helps to neutralise irritants that can trigger nappy rash and restore skin to a healthy pH level within 30 minutes of application to reduce skin irritation
The addition of panthenol helps further soothe irritated skin and encourage the skin's own renewal process
E45 Nappy Cream is dermatologist and paediatrician approved and is hypoallergenic and perfume free so it is kind enough for even new born skin.

For orders under £40 in value we charge £3.49 for UK delivery. This is the total cost of delivery and packaging, regardless of how many items you order. We use a combination of couriers and services depending on location, contents and the weight of your order, this is due to the dangerous goods act introduced in January 2013 by the Civil Aviation Authority. We know service is important to you so have chosen our partners carefully and include both signed for and standard deliveries from Parcel Force, Hermes and Royal Mail, details will be included in the despatch conformation you receive. The vast majority of orders (over 98%) are despatched either on the same working day or the following working day (Mon-Sat including Bank Holidays). A signature may be required on receipt for heavy orders. For orders that weigh 25kgs or more (and for every subsequent 25kgs) there is an additional handling charge of £3.49 per 25kg. E45 Nappy Cream is hands down the best nappy/diaper rash cream! It works better than any of the other creams. I got it in Tesco's while on holiday in the UK, and now am trying to find it in the US. I really hope I do! The old tube has lasted for 8 months and my now-toddler has just developed a bum rash. I had used the new creams, and they did nothing, so I got out the old tube, squeezed the heck out of it, and the penny sized blob has worked miracles! I've asked my mum to send me some if I don't find it!! Love it like crazy!.

I couldn't rate this cream highly enough. It stays put for hours protecting babys bum and therefore it's highly unlikely your baby will develop nappy rash- unless they are sick and have runny nappies..
