I had tried several of the pump aspirators and was hugely unsatisfied. My 1 year old suffers from runny nose almost constantly, so I decided to pay significantly more and get the Dr Bee Electronic Nasal Aspirator. I am incredibly pleased, it really sucks everything out. You can see it all come out..
