Diprobase Ointment is used to treat red, inflamed, damaged, dry or chapped skin and to protect raw skin areas. Diprobase is ideal if you are suffering from a skin condition called eczema, and your skin is dry.

All ointments provide longer lasting skin hydration than creams, and Diprobase Ointment is no exception. If your eczema is moderate to severe, you might find the benefits of using an ointment outweighs its greasiness, particularly at night when you don't need to worry about having sticky skin. Diprobase Ointment can be used:

  • For skin hydration
  • To protect skin before swimming

What does it do?

In adults and children, Diprobase Ointment is used to treat red, inflamed, damaged, dry or chapped skin and to protect raw skin areas. If you are suffering from a skin condition called eczema, and your skin is dry, the ointment can be applied before having a bath, to prevent your skin from drying even further. Eczema is a common skin disease, which causes the skin to become red and itchy.

How to use Diprobase Ointment:

For adults and children, the ointment should be applied thinly to cover the affected area completely, massaging gently and thoroughly into the skin.

Do not use Diprobase Ointment:

If you, or your child, have ever had an allergic reaction to Diprobase or any of its ingredients. Ask your pharmacist if you are not sure.

You should carefully read all product packaging and labels prior to use

Diprobase Ointment:

If your symptoms persist or the condition worsens, stop using the ointment and consult your doctor or pharmacist. First time user - very impressed, a bit `lighter` than Hyrodomol (which I love). Very easy to use, gentle and nice gloss on dry lips / over lipstick as well as ecxema patches. Great value for money if you spoon a little into cleaned empty pots to have in your handbag - you`ll never buy lipgloss again!
