Dermol antimicrobial emollients are indicated for the management of dry and pruritic skin conditions, especially eczema and dermatitis.
 
Dermol breaks the itch scratch vicious circle in two ways:
- The antimicrobials combat Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus colonisation levels are especially high in atopic skin), and consequently reduce the itchy inflammatory reaction to the bacterial superantigenic exotoxins.
- The two emollients soothe and rehydrate dry skin, relieving the irritation caused by dryness and helping to restore a normal skin barrier function.
 
Formulated for all ages, the Dermol range offers four different presentations:
 
Dermol 600 Bath, in the bath water.
Dermol 200 Shower, under the shower.
Dermol 500 Lotion, on dry skin as a leave-on lotion or soap substitute.
Dermol Cream, on very dry skin as a leave-on cream or soap substitute
