Much easier to use than cream - and great to have a formulation that will treat shoes / socks etc..

It instantly helps with the itching and the cooling spray really does relieve the annoying urge to scratch your toes and make the problem worse. You have to use it twice a day for a couple of weeks, but I found that after only a week it had totally cleared up. You do get a lot in the can and it does seem to last a long time so it's very good value for money..
