How does it work?
Conotrane Cream contains two ingredients. Dimeticone is water repellent allowing transpiration of water vapour from the skin. The benzalkonium chloride is a quaternary ammonium compound, active against bacteria and yeasts.
Conotrane Cream is used to protect the skin from moisture, irritants, chafing and contamination with bacteria or yeasts. Conotrane Cream is used in the treatment of napkin rash, in the management of incontinence and to prevent pressure sores.
What is it used for?

  • Nappy rash
  • Sores caused by lying or sitting in the same position for long periods of time (pressure sores)
  • Urinary rash
