Food Poisoning

Elton John was reportedly forced to cancel his concert in Tucson, Arizona this week after being hit with a bout of food poisoning.
The legendary musician who was due to perform in front of an 8,800 crowd on Wednesday was forced to postpone the show due to contracting the illness.
Food poisoning is a common, usually mild, but sometimes deadly illness. Symptoms typically include vomiting, nausea, abdominal cramping and diarrhoea that occurs soon (within 48 hours) after consuming a contaminated food or drink.

If you fall ill with food poisoning the most important thing to remember is that you should avoid becoming dehydrated because this will make you feel worse and slow your recovery time. Dehydration is a risk because fluid is lost through vomiting and diarrhoea.

Fsc Acidophilus Bifidus & Fos is ideal for having a healthy digestive system and offering immune support and is particularly helpful for food poisoning along with yeast infections, and travellers (experiencing different food & water)

Food poisoning can largely be treated at home but if you condition persists you should consult your doctor immediately.
