Ascensia Contour Blood Glucose Meter is the BEST machine that I have used so far, and being diabetic for almost 20 years I have used a few!! There is NO calibration required for the new batch of the test strips and the procedure to set and do the test is much easy. The blood sample required as very small hence pricking the fingers is less painful. My only regret was that I did not get any choice for the colour of the actual meter, which is now available in may other colours than the standard grey-blue. I would recommend this machine 100%..

Ascensia Contour Blood Glucose Meter is an absolute bargain! I am totally impresssed with the performance of the machine. I think almost all NHS are using this brand and you can buy this machine with full of confidence. Hats off to Chemist Direct for their excellent service..
