  • They possess both antacid and antiflatulent properties, which are long established.
  • The Aluminium Hydroxide it contains is an antacid.

Acilone was recommended to me many years ago and is the only product to help my (intrmittent) medical condition. Unless the medication is needed every day, the tablets are the most economical and easy way to have help to hand when needed. As it is becomming more difficult to find this product in pharmacies, Chemist Direct is a `life saver`..

These are brilliant to keep in your bag or pocket and use when out of the house. They are just as good as the suspension but in a more handy portable form..

Asilone Antacid Tablets is one of the the best indigestion relief tablets on the market. For some reason none of the shops sell these anymore but Chemist Direct came to the rescue. Allows me to keep enjoying my spicy curries :).
