• Take regular exercise: Exercise is an excellent way of improving the blood circulation in your body. Gentle exercise for the legs, such as walking or keep fit, is ideal. Jogging, aerobics or other forms of high-impact exercise may not be so beneficial. You can exercise your legs even when you are sitting down: perform a circling motion with your foot from the ankle, then stretch your legs forward and lower them, repeating this several times.
