Breastfeeding is not only medically beneficial but is a great way for mother and baby to bond. As there is no set time for  how long a fed can last make sure you are comfortable with a drink for yourself at hand and anything else like your telephone, so you can just sit back and enjoy feeding time with your baby.     Top Tip- Breastfeeding should not cause your nipples any discomfort,but if you are experiencing soreness speak to your midwife about feeding techniques.
