Dr Wolff's V-san MoistCream Cremolum Pessaries are unique pessaries to provide women with a formula that helps prevent vaginal dryness. Developed by Dr Wolff the Regular use of V-san MoistCream Cremolum can help to prevent irritation and inflammation in the vagina and external genital area caused by vaginal dryness. It melts in the heat of the vagina, forming a cream which provides a lasting soothing effect - a major benefit for women who dislike using an applicator to apply a cream. Small amounts of lactic acid give the cream formed in the vagina a pH (acidity) of 4.5 - so V-san MoistCream Cremolum helps maintain a healthy vaginal environment without the use of hormones, fragrances or preservatives.

V-san MoistCream Cremolum is recommended for women who dislike the use of applicators.
For use inside the vagina, insert one Cremolum Pessary in the vagina, preferably before going to bed. It can be used once a day or less often as needed (e.g. 2-3 time per week) depending on individual symptoms. We recommend wearing a panty liner when using this product.
V-san MoistCream Cremolum may be used during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
